Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Technical Customer Support position. Technical Customer Support will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving customer issues related to our platform

QualificationsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAt least 5 years of experience in Customer SupportExcellent problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skillsExperience in customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality supportExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English)Experience writing Knowledge Base articles and creating Standard Operating ProceduresExperience in US companies is a plusExperience in the software or technology industry is a plus
