About the position We are looking for a Team Leader (Gestor Comercial) who will be responsible for building, leading, engaging, and supervising a customer-focused team of educational consultants to create an inclusive and inspiring work environment that supports the achievement of superior results. The role should be based on São Paulo City and it will report to the ELT Head of Sales. We are looking for a Team Leader (Gestor Comercial) who will be responsible for building, leading, engaging, and supervising a customer-focused team of educational consultants to create an inclusive and inspiring work environment that supports the achievement of superior results. The role should be based on São Paulo City and it will report to the ELT Head of Sales. This role will be accountable for and will be supporting the following specific activities: Create and deliver data-driven action plans, and implement marketing initiatives at team level, to enable superior individual and team achievements Assign accounts, set targets, drive performance, track, and report on adoption pipeline staging Oversee day-to-day activities performed by educational consultants using metrics and KPIs to track results, and dealing with issues, risks and opportunities escalated by the team Develop team through coaching and training, and identifying skills gaps Manage the effective use of Sales Force by educational consultants ensuring records are complete and up to date, new customer records are uploaded, and data cleaning activities are performed regularly Gather, analyse, and use information collected from customers about their experiences with OUP and OUP's product and services to assist in the translation of evolving needs and expectation of customers Ensure self and team is actively engaged in keeping abreast of OUP portfolio of products and services, sales enablement tools and assets, as well as market trends In conjunction with Head of Sales, accurately develop forecasts to ensure efficient planning Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned Ensure OUP Ethical Policies are observed and set an appropriate example for the team. About you The ideal candidate will be a person who has: People management and team engagement skills Developed sales skills and techniques. Effective analytical, planning, problem-solving and data driven skills. Ability to prioritize and organize self and the work of others in a fast-paced and changing environment. Knowledge of needs of teachers and learners or relevant market area (international schools, academic institutions). Digital skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Driven license. Experience in using a CRM system (Desirable).
