Main responsibilities will be to support on tax litigation in order to analyze and follow up legal risk issues to mitigate the company's exposure related to taxes; prepare reports and tax processes' budget and contingency; manage outsourced offices; conduct administrative communication related to inspections and assessments, according to legal requirements; identify tax opportunities; provide tax regularization federal, state and municipal (CND); monitor mailboxes.The tax senior analyst will be also responsible to provide tax calculation and ancillary obligations regarding to ICMS and/or other taxes.**Your role**:- Support the internal consultancy for judicial, administrative, and tax matters.- Manage tax litigation with outsourced offices and prepare reports.- Support Head of Tax to evaluate the strategy in administrative and judicial litigation.- Conduct administrative communication both oral and writing related to inspections and assessments, according to legal requirements.- Identify tax opportunities in order to provide tax advice.- Monitor and provide the regularization in federal, state and municipal levels (tax clearance).- Manage mailboxes (federal/state/municipal and internal) in order to follow up the notifications.- Prepare and manage tax processes' budget and contingency.- Provide and review ICMS tax calculation and ancillary obligations.**Qualifications**:We are looking for a person that will make it your pride and ambition to ensure that the Tax area are run in an efficient way to ensure good daily operations.
