Collaborate closely with recruiters to gain deep insights into job specifications. Conduct initial screenings of candidates and keep candidate pipelines active. Engage passive candidates through outreach and networking. Organize and manage candidate databases while effectively monitoring progress. Requirements Advanced English proficiency (B2 - C1 level). High-speed internet access. Preferred but not mandatory: Experience in IT recruiting. Nice to have: German language skills.
