Skills and Qualifications:Extensive experience in strategic planning, technology assessment, and spearheading innovation initiatives.Strong background in solving complex business challenges through integrated technology solutions, including process changes, third-party tools, and custom software developments.Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, demonstrated by a proven track record in successful strategy implementation.Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders and translating technical details for non-technical audiences.Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional projects, ideally with experience in roles such as Product Owner, PMO, or Technical Project Manager.Robust experience in software development, particularly with C#, with responsibilities ranging from coding to project oversight.A degree in Information Technology, System Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience (3-5 years) as a Software Analyst or in a similar role, including roles like Full-Stack Developer with involvement from business discovery to solution deployment.
