No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know a little more**:PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities**:**THE OPPORTUNITY**Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for:- ** Strategic Deep Dive**:- Annual strategic plan update, which includes our 5-year objectives and the plan to reach those targets;- Lead a multi-functional team (finance, sales, operations, HR, Communications and marketing) to define the objectives.- ** AOP**:- Annual budget update, which includes our short term objectives and the plan to reach those targets;- Lead a multi-functional team (finance, sales, operations, HR, Communications and marketing) to define the objectives.- ** M&A / Joint ventures**- Analyze potential M&A targets within the Salty business and JVs for the whole business;- Evaluate together with Brazilian ExComm members and Corporate M&A the strategic reasons to acquire potential players within the salty category together with its valuation.
