Sr. Sap Fico Functional Business Analyst

Primary purpose of the position: This person will play a key role in connecting IT SAP FICO team to the Business, identifying optimal SAP technology solutions, and supporting projects, AMS and initiatives from planning to delivery globally, including SAP configuration and development process.Essential Responsible Areas:Support initiatives in the area of FI/CO/PS, including SAP integrations with external systemsOperate as a functional lead analyst for SAP Finance including AA, AP, AR, CO, PS, with proficient knowledge of integrations with upstream and downstream modules such as MM and SD.Partnership with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutionsSystem configuration, integration testing, and support to UATPrepare documentation such as: functional specification, solution proposal, testing and training, etcSupport different phases of the project, from business requirement towards hyper-care and knowledge transfer incluiding end users.Ensure adherence to global design, technical architecture, standards, audit and change managementSupport AMS activities and enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirementProfessional & Education Qualifications:Complete Degree in IT areaSAP AcademyExperience in SAP PP/PM as user with SAP AcademyFluent englishStrong Knowledge in SAP FICO and PS general knowledge (including Integrations with MM and SD modules)Brazilian Localization. Other LATAM localization will be a plus (Including E-invoice)In depth knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes areas including Bank Reconciliation, Assets Depreciation and valuation, Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Accounting, Cost, PSExperience designing and implementing SAP integrationsExperience and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentationDebugging knowledgeNice to haveExperience on SAP migration from SAP ECC to SAP S4HANASoft SkillsLeadership skillsSense of OwnershipAbility to communicate and collaborate across systems and business teamsExperience operating in a global SAP environment including collaboration with international teams and offshore models is preferredAdditional Information:Local: Hybrid (flexible days) - São José dos Campos/SPTime: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm
