Airswift is seeking a Sr. QHSE Analyst to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
This person will support the QHSE team to assure conformity with the Brazilian regulations, with the system of the company and with the best practices on the SMS industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the prevention of accidents analyzing the QHSE development. Stablish campaigns and promote conscientization about good practices for security and follow up with the company's systems of incidents. Support the Operations Manager in the elaboration of the pre embark reunions and spread the message of safety between offshore crew, preventing accidents. Carry out regular visits to Company's base (warehouse) advising on the HSE best practices, Archer Management System and accident prevention. Conduct incident investigation when necessary. Ensure that lessons learned are learned and implemented. Support the Operations Manager(s) to create and execute the continuous improvement of the Safety and Operational Procedures. Ensure that employees are aware of the procedures available in the platform. Conduct in-office inductions for new Archer employees when necessary. Provide support to Offshore Safety Technicians regarding the specification of PPE Follow up training for the offshore team in conjunction with the onshore HR. Provide support to Offshore Safety Technicians and ensure that the security practices are maintained and monitored. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Graduation on Engineering or related areas. Technical Degree in Safety – Registered on the Work Ministry Good experience with HSE Experience in Oil & Gas sector, especially in drilling. Experience with the process of accidents investigation. Experience in offshore operations. Experience with Synergi and SAP. Fluent English ABOUT AIRSWIFT
