Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced Field Technician/Mechanic to be based near Santa Maria, CA.You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of equipment such as backhoes, loaders, excavators, generators, compressors, and diesel engines. This role would suit a Field Service Technician/Mechanic, looking to work for an organization at the forefront of the heavy equipment industry, offering continued training and progression opportunities.The Role:*Local territory - No staying away from home. *Maintenance and troubleshooting on specialized heavy equipment. *Monday - Friday 40hrs / 7am - 4pm / some overtime.The Candidate:*Field Service Technician/Mechanic. *5+ years working on any of the following heavy equipment: CAT/Cummins Engines, Loaders, Excavators, Forklifts, Rental machinery, Generators, Compressors or Diesel Engines. *Looking to work for a company that invests in their employees and offer continued training courses.
