Sr Contract Engineer / Engenheiro(A) Contratos Sr (Subsea)

Aldelia consultancy is looking for a Sr Contract Engineer(subsea) for one of our clients in the O& G market. Activities:The professional will be in charge of awarded contracts administration as well as CFTs for new scopes, all under the supervision of Subsea Contracts Leader. Types of contracts to be handled include basic engineering, EPCI, SURF, SPS, LOF and various supplementary purchasing & services in accordance with the needs of Project in progress; To produce contractual documents according to COMPANY procedures and ethics; To provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contracts service to Partners' Entities; To improve the quality and the value of the services delivered by the C& P (Contracts and Procurement) entity; To guarantee the quality of purchasing and supply in terms of time, quality and costs; To control the implementation of contractual terms To create a competitive and transparent atmosphere in contracts and purchasing processes; To liaise with operational entities, legal, insurance, accounting and cost control; To maximize theuse and best practice of C& P tools.Qualifications/Experience: Substantial experience in E& P contracts formulating,CFT, award and administration (inclusive of law, pricing, technical scoping, drafting, administrating, negotiating, planning and scheduling); Competent in contracts formulation /administration / management with different pricing basis (lump sum, reimbursable and their various combinations); Capable of independently negotiating complex contractual issues; Languages: fluent English, Portuguese is a plus.
