Here are some of the perks and rewards.Competitive salary;Medical and dental assistance;Life insurance;Private pension (optional);Employee Assistance Program;Participation in the Aggreko Bonus Plan;Gympass;Culture focused on safety.What you'll do: Provide 1st line investigation and diagnosis of IT issues and requests, resolve, or escalate as appropriate.Provide IT support through all available channels including telephone, email, self-service portal, chat functions and walk ups.Monitor issues from start to resolution.Carry out preventative maintenance and monitoring work.Provide basic training and "how-to" knowledge sharing for business colleagues.Work with 3rd parties and other teams within Aggreko's IT function to provide seamless IT support, facilitate change and introduce new services.Contribute to creation and updating of support documentation.Carry out User Access and Identity Management (Active Directory and business applications) activities and tasks.Carry out basic systems administration for ERP/CRM/BI applications.Setup and configuration of user devices.We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:University degree completed or in progress.Advanced English (required for global user support).Experience working in a 1st or 2nd level IT support role.Technically competent with experience in the latest core technologies and applications used in the corporate world, including Active Directory, Laptops/Desktops/Printers, Windows OS, MS Exchange, Smart phone device setup and support, MS Office, Adobe and Web browsers.Collaborative approach to problem solving with team and other technical groups.This position is for our 12x36 day shift (8am - 8pm).Join us, bring your energy and develop your career.All our vacancies are also open to people with disabilities.#LI-DN1#LI-HybridAbout AggrekoWe welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people's unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
