Project Greatopportunity to work in the modernization of a service application for a healthinsurance marketplace group of companies with more than 30 years focused in thesmall-mid companies' space knowledgeableservice and extensive sales support to all broker partners. The application supportsthe complex work of evaluating and comparing health plans, preparing quotes, andproviding the most current information needed to close a sale. Responsibilities Perform all functions within the productdesign lifecycle, including research, sketches, wireframes, concept designs,end-to-end user flows, interaction design, prototyping, pixel-perfect UI,documentation, accessibility checks, testing/design QA, etc. The design professional will also analyze andunderstand complex quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform designdecisions. Requirements (Must have) Great communication in English; 4+ years experience as a UI/UX designer(present a portfolio is required); Experiencedeveloping complex designs; Solid experience in Figma and wireframesdevelopment; Able to analyze and translate user experienceresearch data into product design improvements; Knowledge of the basic concepts of designthinking. Niceto have Experienceworking on projects using agile methods; Photoshop,Illustrator, XD, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Sketch; Front-end development in any technology.
