Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Product Steward who have the overall coordination to manage product stewardship reviews (e.G GHS regulations), existing and emerging regulations, labelling and other requirements which comprehends Latin America region. These activities may include the development of safety data sheets and cross functional trainings; Ensure company operates in conformity with regional laws (Latin America); Support/participate in internal/external working groups, committees, ad-hoc groups: Actively engaged with trade associations to assess impacts and contribute to strategies for new regulatory measures stemming from the development and implementation of new or emerging regulations; Provide technical support across the business related to product stewardship; Knowledge on UNnumber, classification of dangerous goods for transport; Provide customer support for regulatory information, including information related to compliance; Provide internal/external customer support to meet global commercial, creation and research initiatives; Collaborates with various business units and regional/global teams.Bachelor or Masters in Chemistry, Pharmacy other; Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs area; Knowledge in GHS / Dangerous Goods / Hazardous materials / Classification & Labelling;Advanced English (oral & written), Spanish is desirable; Willing to workwith a strong, supportive team.
