Water Technologies & Solutions is currently searching for a Business Analyst (Sales Force) responsible for Implementing and supporting IT digital solutions that improve customers, services and contracts management, by working together with peers and enabling operations to run, grow and transform the business. Responsibilities include: Implement and support IT solutions that enable business operations in 6 Latin American countries Understand business challenges and opportunities to determine IT solutions that meet business requirements Seek for prioritization of IT products backlog and projects by understanding the value of each item, resource constraints and the effort required to implement a solution for each demand Engage global and regional peers, teams and vendors to identify and deploy IT solutions aligned with global standards & goals, as well as, local & regional business requirements Challenge status quo, recommend business processes improvements and automation, apply technology and lead for change, targeting gains of productivity and efficiency Collaborate with customers and IT peers to build projects business cases Co-manage projects execution and keep tracking of main KPIs: on time, on budget, on scope, on value Co-manage deliverables from contractors, consultants and service providers Ensure business operations continuity by: supporting user's incidents and requests and improving IT applications Maintain regional applications portfolio and solutions documentation Monitor administrative activities (budget, vendor, contract/SLA management) Communicate accomplishments throughout the organization, regionally and globally Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering and other IT graduations, such as Data Analytics, etc. Fluent in English CRM (SalesForce), Field services (SalesForce), e-Commerce (Magento), CPQ (SalesForce, Oracle) solutions and technologies focused on customer journey e-Commerce solutions and interdependencies with supply chain API & systems integrations, ERP SAP understanding, IT architecture, data structure interdependencies Google Workspace and other collaboration tools Business-systems analysis, requirements gathering, solutions implementation, testing and validation Continuous improvement & innovation practices (Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, etc.) Project management practices (PMI, Agile) & tools (Jira, Smartsheet) Business acumen and understanding of strategy, goals, objectives and challenges Analytical (root cause analysis) and creative problem-solving skills Budget, vendor and contract management Information technology service management (ITIL) Experience working in global organizations or projects Approach problems with cybersecurity mindset and apply an engineering mentality to solving process problems At Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
