Senior Financial Management

Aiming for excellence in the delivery of its projects and at a time of exponential growth in the construction segment, the company is looking for new leadership to form its finance team. As Financial Manager, you will be responsible for restructuring the department with a focus on treasury, accounts payable and receivable; and credit, accelerating its growth in the national market with a focus on improving processes. Main responsabilities: Lead the finance area, being responsible for restructuring and automating treasury processes, accounts payable and receivable; and credit; Reevaluate essential business processes, suggesting changes that impact the company's financial cycle; Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices; Provide financial guidance and support to other teams, ensuring effective integration of financial strategies across the organization; Recruit, train and supervise the financial team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment; Develop strategies to optimize cash management, minimizing fundraising costs and maximizing returns on investments; Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to ensure adequate cash flow; Establish and maintain solid relationships with banks and other financial institutions;
Negotiate favorable banking terms and conditions, including lines of credit, loans and banking services. Requiriments: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; Proven experience in financial functions, preferably in management positions; Experience in a management position in the development, construction or real estate market; Desirable experience in raising funds via the capital market (Debentures and CRI's); Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions in complex and rapidly changing environments; Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders; Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and promote a collaborative, high-performance work environment; Mobility to live in Curitiba – PR.
