Job Description: As a Senior Digital Marketing / Graphic Designer at Doris, your primary focus will be on crafting visually stunning materials that embody the forefront of refined visual concepts. This role is dedicated to marketing design, not product design, and requires a keen eye for developing designs for ads, social media, and decks with creativity and a high aesthetic concept. Key Responsibilities: Create visually captivating designs for marketing materials, including ads, social media content, motion design, and presentation decks, reflecting Doris's commitment to cutting-edge visual concepts. Lead the design and development of sales pitch decks and update content as needed; Develop and execute design concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging goals, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral. Develop and conceptualize campaigns in a fast-paced results driven team environment across multiple platforms; Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual assets that drive engagement and brand awareness. Stay ahead of design trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating innovative design elements to elevate Doris's visual presence. Manage multiple projects at once to deliver high-quality designs Requirements: Extensive experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in digital marketing design. Experience with Motion design is a great differential for this position. Expert eye for a creative that resonates with and engages digitally native consumers. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Ability to conceptualize and execute designs with a focus on ads, social media, and presentation decks, demonstrating creativity and a refined aesthetic. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for staying updated on emerging design trends and technologies in the digital marketing space. Commitment to meeting deadlines, along with a hands-on and proactive approach to work.
