Organization Labor Director Business Unit Human Ressources Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day The Senior Compensation Professional is responsible for leading the analysis, administration, and implementation of compensation programs for the United States and Canada. This role provides Compensation & Benefits expertise and guidance to key stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Business Leadership.Lead projects in support of Siemens Energy compensation & benefits programs as they relate to US and Canada workforce.Analyze and ensure effectiveness of compensation & benefits programs and prepare proposals when changes are indicated. Administer annual incentive and sales compensation programs, including the target setting phase through calculation of incentive payments based upon company achievements. Partner with members of the C&B and Human Resources teams to lead the design, development, communication, implementation and administration of compensation programs and processes. Conduct research, evaluation, and analyses of internal and external market research, analyze competitive position and market trends and make change recommendations, as needed. Prepare written exhibits, summaries, and recommendations.Participate in global compensation projects as well as provide guidance and support to other Human Resources team members on compensation and benefits matters. Develop, prepare, and present reports, forecasts, pricing analysis, and other ad-hoc projects Ensure optimal level of customer service to both internal and external customers.Other projects/duties as assigned.What you Bring7 or more years of experience in Compensation required. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field preferred.Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken form.Advanced skills with Microsoft business applications software including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience using data visualization applications such as Tableau preferred. The ability to work as part of a virtual team, but equally effective in self-directed activity.Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management, vendor, or agency personnel. This includes a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personal and corporate dynamics.Proficient analytical and financial modeling skills. Demonstrated ability to design, communicate and implement compensation programs.Excellent organization skills required and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
