This position involves significant client engagement and leadership to complete projects and utilize Salesforce CPQ technology.Duties/Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and analyze business needs related to CPQ.Provide guidance and recommendations on how CPQ functionality can align with and support clients' business goals.Assist in creating project plans and timelines for successful Salesforce CPQ implementation.Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support for successful execution of Salesforce CPQ projects.Play a hands-on role in configuring, customizing, and integrating Salesforce CPQ solutions according to client requirements.Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the Salesforce CPQ implementation process.Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ, offering advice and guidance to clients on optimizing their CPQ solutions.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable insights.Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, actively managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Provide mentorship to team members.Ensure delivered Salesforce CPQ solutions meet high-quality standards.Competency:Deep understanding of Salesforce platform data model and object relationships, Sales and Service Clouds.Thorough understanding of information technology delivery procedures and practices.Flexible to changing needs.Organized with attention to detail.Good at follow-up.Willingness to get hands-on with the product.Works well with a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer or information science-related field or commensurate experience required.Proven experience as a CPQ Solution Architect or similar role.Strong understanding of CPQ processes and workflows.Expertise in CPQ configuration, customization, and integration.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.CPQ certifications are a plus.
