Fanatics Collectibles is integrating with Fanatics' global digital sports platform – which includes 900 sports relationships and >81 million reachable fans – to reimagine the collectibles business for the 21st century.The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and managing hobby and hobby retail products sales and distributon. This person will work together with current and future business partners to expand hobby trading cards category in Brazil, establishing sstrong relationship with all the stakeholders in this category (influencers, breakers, stores, distributors) and overseeing Trading Card Show and Events in the region. This is a full time position from our São Paulo office, reporting to the Head of LATAM.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and structure country specific strategies together with the Head of LATAM in order to achieve sales targetsIdentify and engage with local influencers and flagship stores in hobby & entertainment categoryDevelop country specific strategies to grow the hobby business in order to achieve sales targetsAnalyze local market opportunities and needs, and strategies to address themSecure product release calendarDefine and implement marketing activations to support the growth of the hobby categoryManage sales budget, develop a reporting and tracking tool and report on performanceOptimize existing partnerships in the hobby category and identify, pursue and optimize new partnershipsStays abreast of releases and pricing within the competitive marketWorks together internal departments (Operations, Brand, Finance) to secure allocation, delivery and profitable growthOversee Trading Card Shows and Events StrategyRequired Skills and ExperienceAt least 5 years' experience in a relevant sales position, ideally connected with games, hobby, bookstores and toy chainsA sports fan with a strong understanding of the commercial landscape, priority given to collectors of trading cardsProven knowledge and application of a wide range of sales techniques and concepts to increase sales within the regionStrong presentation skills and and a flexible and organized work methodExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to changeSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyComfortable operating in a global company and prepared to travelFluent in Portuguese & English (written and verbal) are required, Spanish is very beneficialEnsure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud.
