This funding coincides with the launch of ELSA AI Tutor, a groundbreaking feature utilizing generative AI to enhance pronunciation, grammar, and tone correction. **What You'll Be Doing:** As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a crucial role in developing our education business in São Paulo, Brazil, with a focus on English centers and bilingual systems . You'll manage front-end relationships with potential and existing ELSA for Business clients, working with the senior sales team to create opportunities and schedule qualified meetings. Your business experience, interpersonal skills, and understanding of the education market, especially English centers and bilingual systems, will help you succeed in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify engagement, and produce qualified opportunities for Account Executives, specifically targeting English centers and bilingual systems. 2. Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities using sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, email). 3. Manage email and cold-calling campaigns to generate new sales prospects within the education sector, focusing on English centers and bilingual systems. 4. Conduct cold-calling campaigns into target accounts, focusing on English centers and bilingual systems. 5. Drive attendance at marketing events and ELSA activities relevant to these educational institutions. 6. Consistently and accurately track all activities using CRM tools. **Qualifications:** 1. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (minimum B2 level). 2. BA/BS degree preferred. 3. 1–2 years of experience in lead qualification, business development, telesales, or similar roles ideally within a SaaS business or the education sector. 4. Self-driven, motivated, and a high-energy team player. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. 7. Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs preferred. 8. Strong communication skills via phone and email. 9. Proven creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills. 10.
