We are seeking a motivated, communicative professional who brings fresh ideas and perspectives.Responsibilities:Mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.Identifying data flows, repositories, reports, etc.Scheduling and conducting meetings with departments for mapping and alignment.Documenting company processes and policies.Constructing reports, KPIs, and KRIs.Requirements (must have):Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in process mapping.Experience in data mapping.Experience in BI and reporting.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in complex optimization projects.Advanced English proficiency.Requirements (nice to have):Power BI/Google Looker.SQL Server.Experience with RACI matrix.Knowledge of COSO framework.Benefits:Health Plan (No co-participation);Meal vouchers R$45.00/day;Home office allowance R$100.00/month;Gympass;English classes;Equipment needed to carry out the activities.
