We are looking for Tech Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) who wants to learn and transform his career. This Role is part of the global Talent Aquisition function and is responsible for managing core recruitment related activities for the client of TCS. In this role you will: Full-lifecycle recruiters supporting competitive requisitions from req assigned to offer accept. Own relationship with hiring managers. Executes recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hiring, etc). Develops, designs and helps evaluate summer internship programs. Develops short and long-term recruiting strategies. Evaluates and recommends job postings. Conducts research on recruitment standards and monitors new trends and opportunities. Performs screening and interviews of qualified candidates. Leverage online recruiting resources, tools and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates. Plans and supports recruiting events. Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies. Partners with hiring organizations across multiple disciplines. Sources external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates. And much better if you are: Advanced level of English to interact with international team (Managers and team members) Experience in Full-lifecycle: requisition management, hiring manager & candidate relationship management, candidate attraction and sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, offer process, etc, for IT Positions. Prioritizes candidate experience Should have worked in Corporate hiring environment Stakeholder management: Ability to influence across the TCS network (e.g. hiring managers and internal stakeholders) Hands on sourcing experience Recruiter should be good at maintaining relationship with Hiring managers & potential hires Develop/build domain and business subject matter expertise in the area recruiting for Data literacy: able to create, interpret, analyze and present data. Uses data to inform decision making Effective communication skills Accountability: takes ownership of full candidate and manager life cycle Systems & Technology capability: Ability to leverage , Catho and other recruitment related tools and applications. Ability to work high volume and effectively load balance work.
