MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Improve operating efficiencies, increase productivity and lower business operating costs by removing operational bottlenecks and automating repetitive labor and data-intensive tasks. Coordinate internal resources and/or third parties providers for the flawless execution of projects Develop eventual communication between all CRMs used by the company Research, analyze and implement ERPs Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors SKILLS/ ABILITIES: Operational excellence through software Hands on, insightful, shrewd, keen, perspicacious, detail oriented Present a high degree of self-motivation with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extraordinary organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail and multi-tasking talent Superior leadership, time management and organizational skills Ability to think and plan both strategic and critically Ability to build different plans & solutions according to the company needs.
Above average problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Project Management, computer science or engineering for technical project managers Proven history of at least 3 years working as a project administrator in the operational software sector Proven experience in managing complex projects up to completion is required.
Knowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow-through on finished projects Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and CRM technologies Professional Spanish and English languages is a must Must be proficient - advanced level - in MS Office and Google Workspace
