Based in Vila Velha (Brazil), reporting to Project Management Manager, you will be responsible for support on BU Portfolio Projects , in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
1. Preparation and Organization of Spreadsheets: Actively participate in creating and organizing spreadsheets to track activities and resolve issues identified during service execution.
2. Attendance in Alignment Meetings: Attend alignment meetings as needed to discuss scope and ensure clarity.
3. Automation Development: Develop automation workflows using low-code tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Lists.
4. Excel Spreadsheet Development: Create Excel spreadsheets with Power Queries, optionally using VBA for KPI control.
5. Detailed Instructions and Support: Provide detailed instructions for tool usage, including source code when necessary, and offer support for error identification and resolution.
6. Dashboard Creation: Construct dashboards using tools like Power BI or Qlik, extracting data from SharePoint, preferably with knowledge of programming language R.
7. Form Development: Develop dedicated forms using Office 365 tools like SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Microsoft Forms.
8. Critical Analysis and Document Registration: Critically analyze documents for compliance with established standards and register all information in the MDR (Master Document Register).
9. Communication Skills and Organization:* Demonstrate effective communication skills internally and with clients, and maintain organizational sense to manage assigned tasks efficiently.
10. Critical Perspective and Internal Controls Updating: Develop a critical perspective on project deliverables, identifying and reporting potential risks, and keep internal controls updated, such as project communication matrix
