Position Title: Project Finance and M&A Intern Department: Project Finance and M&A Location: São Paulo Responsibilities Manage the necessary procedures/bureaucracies for new issuances (registering, collecting and sending information in Due Diligences, requesting and monitoring registry records, collecting signatures, etc.). Manage the procedures/bureaucracies to carry out the disbursements of contracted financing (compliance with the precedent conditions, sending invoices and payment receipts, etc.) . Update the financial models for internal reporting, ensuring that the Business Plan reflects the actual development of projects. Report internally on the macroeconomic and Brazilian capital market. Financial modeling, running price sensitivities, investment schedule, energy sales assumptions. Requirements Bachelor´s degree in business administration / finance / Engineering Advanced MS Office skills (excel, power point, word) English
