Product Owner

Product OwnerRequirements:· Bachelor's degree· Minimum 8+ years' experience in product development· In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles· Should have strong verbal and written communication skills· Preferably a candidate who worked on Scaled Agile Framework· Prefer to have PROFESSIONAL SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER™ I / Scrum Product Owner certification.· Minimum of 2 years of working experience in azure domain / services.· Strong project-backed experience with Azure DevOps for maintaining backlog and writing detailed user stories/features and epic etc.· Minimum one full-cyle implementation experience in data project with azure services such as ADF / Databricks / ADLS etc· Preferable to have certificate in Azure fundamental AZ-900· Preferred to have worked on AI / ML and data engineering projects in Azure workspace.Role and Responsibility:· Collaborate with business teams and all stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.· Break down technical requirements into Epic / Features and write detailed stories, with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.· Collaborate with the product intake process, manage and prioritize the product backlog.· Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.· Confirm that executed stories comply with Definition of Done requirement.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful releases.· Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback.· Work closely with senior leadership to inform product strategy and provide updates on product progress and milestones· Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives· Present sprint achievements to all the stakeholders along with wins and hurdles.· Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements· Overseeing all stages of implementation including design and development· Creating / Arranging demos as n when needed
