What you'll do: As a Product Development Engineer JR, you will work alongside the R&D Electronics team, working on the implementation and execution of electronic solutions for Electrolux home appliances. In detail, you will:
- Develop electronic solutions (hardware and software) for home appliances of several product lines, aligned with the business area's generation plan;
- Elaborate full documentation for electronic boards, using software for electronic boards development (e. g. Altium, Orcad);
- Prepare Hardware and Software prototypes, and test and validate those available tools (debuggers, oscilloscope, etc.);
- Write firmware for microcontrollers of different architectures in C/C++ languages;
- Keep clear communication, engagement, collaboration and alignment within different areas of the company and suppliers.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are: You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering;
- Experience with developing electronic boards (user interfaces, power controls);
- Experience with developing embedded firmware with C/C++ languages;
- Experience with power electronics and energy conversion;
- Knowledge of software for electronic boards development (Altium, Orcad or similar);
- Advanced English.
Where you'll be: You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work. You must be available for eventual national and international trips.
