Principal AccountabilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for data collection, data management, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.Negotiation focus in indirect materials and reduce cost by identifying new ideas;A standard contracting model is part of the responsibility through the region, as well as rationalize # of suppliers by integrating services in IFM;Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis;Implement collaborative optimization strategyTake leadership and accountabilityRelationship managementWork with the functional Teams to ensure capture of synergies for AFLA;Work in partnership with the regional team to ensure that Global and AFLA strategies are aligned;Build key relationships across the AFLA functional teams, as well as the ARP & ASC teams, to leverage regional scale.4. Qualifications/Requirements6.1 Formal Qualifications, Experience and EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineer or related is required.Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in procurement, as well as leading teams;Having worked in multi-national company;Good team player, collaborative skill;Able to travel in Latam countries;Self-motivated, proactive.
