Job OverviewThe procurement manager is responsible for operationalization the procurement process in some countries with support Indirect and Direct teams, through negotiation, validation of indicators and SLAs, and supplier management.This role will span over the term listed below and will be critical in delivering a significant growth and transformation for Amcor Flexibles Latin America (AFLA)2. Job DimensionsTravel is estimated between 20-30%, primarily to locations listed in Latin America.Identify and implement synergiesLeader more than 15 employeesRecommend the supplier based on technical and commercial point.The review of internal processes should be recommended and followed up when necessary.Meet identified cost savings which is a significant contribute to zone.3. Principal AccountabilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for data collection, data management, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.Negotiation focus in indirect materials and reduce cost by identifying new ideas;A standard contracting model is part of the responsibility through the region, as well as rationalize # of suppliers by integrating services in IFM;Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis;Implement collaborative optimization strategyTake leadership and accountabilityRelationship managementWork with the functional Teams to ensure capture of synergies for AFLA;Work in partnership with the regional team to ensure that Global and AFLA strategies are aligned;Build key relationships across the AFLA functional teams, as well as the ARP & ASC teams, to leverage regional scale.4. Qualifications/Requirements6.1 Formal Qualifications, Experience and EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineer or related is required.Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in procurement, as well as leading teams;Having worked in multi-national company;Good team player, collaborative skill;Able to travel in Latam countries;Self-motivated, proactive.
