About the job: Job Title: Procurement Executive Location: São Paulo, Brazil Employment Type: Full-time JOB DESCRIPTION: Imputing and maintaining data in procurement-related tools and applications. Develop and recommend specific sourcing scenarios based on spend analysis findings, extensive knowledge of the relevant supply markets, and consolidated business requirements. Assess and measure potential risks exposures (supply, financial, image/reputation) and establish contingency plans to prevent and/or mitigate their impacts according to risk management strategies defined by Procurement functions. Support Procurement Manager to determine price forecasts for budget cycles. Monitor customer (internal) and vendor (external) compliance with procurement Principles & Practices within the assigned category group(s) Negotiates and reviews long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure optimum cost and reliable supply. To source and onboard potential new suppliers where required, and to follow correct procedures and documentation when engaging suppliers. Ensure that all assigned supplier contracts are up to date and electronic and paper copies are stored appropriately. Ensure all Supplier queries and issues are logged and escalated appropriately. Negotiates with suppliers for competitive pricing, and contract terms. Compliance with AVASO Policies. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors other internal teams. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options. Manages quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests. Supports the sales effort and updates the database and communicates changes within the company. In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules. Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc. Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods. purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders. invoices to ensure the accuracy of goods delivered. supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations. for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
