Job Description Required Qualifications: Education: Degree with focus in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineer or related careers.Experience in similar positions (+5 years) like Customer Experience, Service and Operations Contact Center Leader.Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office.Fluent in Spanish & English.
