**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- 3 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).- 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.**Preferred qualifications**:- MBA, Master's degree or other advanced degree.- Experience with internet video technologies (e.g. Digital Rights Management (DRM) solutions, video or audio codecs, live streaming, SFTP delivery, etc.).- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.**About the job**:The YouTube Partner Technology Manager team is a global team with domestic representation in Youtube's core markets and seizing their technical expertise to grow and scale YouTube and its priority partners.
