Operations Manager

Street Diligence is seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing our Brazilian team and partnering with cross-functional groups across the organization to help build out and streamline our due diligence and negotiation platform. The ideal candidate will have experience managing people and is a strategic thinker, with excellent organizational and project management skills.Responsibilities for Operations Manager:Manage a team of diverse job functions locally.Collaborate with Product Operations, R& D and Strategy to onboard and train new employees.Support compliance directives, including security and due diligence documentation.Support auditing procedures, including SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 10007, and TX-RAMP.Analyze current SLAs across Product Operations, R& D and Sales to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance processes.Analyze operational data to track KPIs locally.Help design and streamline internal systems.Act as the onsite liaison between headquarters in New YorkThis role is for you if you are/have:BA/BS degree or relevant work experience.Minimum 8+ years of work experienceExperience directly managing people.Excellent organization and project management skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excited to work at a leading startup bringing innovative products to new markets.Entrepreneurial spirit, desire to perform and make a difference.A keen interest in, and understanding of, financial markets is a bonus.*If you are interested in this offer, please submit your resume in English.
