Operational Cost Controller

Airswift is seeking a Operational Cost Controller to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with an Oil and Gas Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive invoices and handle correspondence related to invoicing towards service providers
Perform technical quality control of invoices against actual operational delivery
Perform financial quality control of invoices against purchase order and well documentation
Interact with executing engineers and contract representatives to ensure quality
Create service entry in SAP and provide initial approval of all invoices
Notify service provider with correct service entry (SE) number
Collaborate with purchaser on changes to purchase order
Create and release requisitions in SAP on request
Collaborate with cost controllers across delivery entities to improve and standardize


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree within relevant discipline (economics, administration, analytics, supply chain, engineering)
Proficiency in SAP
Experience within Drilling and Well operations is preferable
English advanced
2 years with possibility to extend
