Sobre o empregoMotion DesignerResponsibilities: Collaborate with our marketing team to translate artistic visions into impactful motion graphics for marketing campaigns.Produce high-volume, high-quality visual brainstorming of design direction, ideas, and layouts.Contribute to conceptualizing and storyboarding ideas for motion design projects in collaboration with the creative team.Produce high-quality motion assets for organic social media, the website, paid advertisements, and other needs.Proven understanding and competency working in high-touch creative teams, executing on projects with little direction or oversight.Execute and maintain multiple design systems and style guides to be used across all creative collateral, ensuring consistency of our brand identity and messaging.Create visually stunning marketing assets ensuring they are on-brand and engaging.Develop a deep understanding of what factors drive converting creative on our collateral and execute designs within established best practices.Collaborate closely with other creative and marketing team members for daily approvals and feedback to ensure your work adheres to a high standard of craft and accurately reflects the identity of the client brand.Stay updated on design trends, animation tools, and techniques to enhance the quality and innovation of motion design projects.Requisitos: Hard Skill Proven track record in motion graphics design demonstrated through a strong portfolio of diverse and creative projects.Proven understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite is non-negotiable5+ years of proven motion design work experience (preferably within an agency or design studio)Fluent in English (Spoken and written, candidate must be proficient in presenting work in English) Soft Skills: Genuine kindness, respect, and humility requiredHighly creative individual who strives for detail-oriented design and can execute comfortably in a number of stylesExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate project requirements into compelling designsSelf-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for detail-oriented deliverablesSystematic thinker, who problem solves and time manages without heavy directionExcellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage resources effectively.Nice to Have; Knowledge of 3D animation and UnityBA or higher degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferred
