Job Overview:Provide technical solutions for organizational digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.Enhance existing customizations and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP platform. Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create and maintain custom workflows as needed.Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy business solutions within the Microsoft D365 stack, including Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps, Power Platform, SharePoint, and SSIS. Work with technical project managers and business end users to meet or exceed business interface usability expectations. Provide technical support for business-blocking tickets that require developer analysis and debugging.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Led the development and configuration of Dynamics D365 F&O ERP, customizing the product to meet specific customer needs.Contribute to the company's software development best practices and Dynamics customization standards for Dynamics 365 F&O-based projects. This includes implementing unit tests as part of both bug fixes and new requirements.Analyze and understand business requirements and translate those to deliverable customizations.Provide Dynamics end-user support to technical and non-technical users.Ability to work independently for some tickets and collaboratively for others and manage the time accordingly.Develop high-level technical specifications and documentation for each assignment.Perform code reviews and collaborate with the team of cross-functional developers to arrive at quality solutions.Participate in sprint planning, daily asynchronous huddles, sprint retrospectives, and project postmortems.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering, and 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Experience with .NET frameworks, programming in C# and X++, and SQL/TSQL.Experience with troubleshooting Dynamics 365 third-party vendor extensions.Cross-functional experience as an SCM (Supply Chain Manufacturing) Functional Lead.
