We are looking for a Marketing Director that will support Pride Global and our family of companies. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day projects of the global marketing team. This role will sit onsite in our Sao Paulo office and will work closely with our CEO, CTO, and Senior Leadership. The Opportunity Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing. and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation. and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. and Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and partners. Your Qualifications 8+ years of proven experience in marketing roles with increasing responsibilities, ideally in a managerial or leadership capacity. Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Working knowledge of marketing CRM tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, SEM Rush.
