Perform maintenance, mechanical, preventive and corrective Services in machinery and equipment according to technical assignment  Repair, repair and replace parts, with low level of complexity, by conducting tests, and tools suitable for the service.Install, assemble, replace and disassemble: pneumatic valves, cylinders, water pumps, vacuum pumps, belts, hoses, fittings, polycarbonate or steel protections, pneumatic cylinders, etc.Work in the development of innovation and technical melyiria of the machines of the production processes.Repair, fix or replace parts, parts and components, of high level of complexity, through testing, use of instruments and tools appropriate to the service.Uninstall, install, assemble and disassemble electronics equipment and components: Load cells resistors, thermocouples, sensors (inductive, capacitive, magnetic, mechanical), solenoid valves, controllers (temperature, voltage, Flow and pressure), light curtains, positioners, encoders.Download, upload software and PLC parameters and inverters.Update PLC firmware and Inverters .Calibrate balance systems, speed, temperature, valves.Remotely rearm (BT panels) or through the circuit breaker the AT system.Ensure the cleaning and organization of equipment and tools under your responsibility.Ensure the workplace, also taking care of the physical integrity and other employees of the sector, through the compliments of the safety standards of work in force.Fill in service orders and make the appointment of hours in the computerised maintenance system.Perform other related tasks: Filling of OS, activities relating to quality developments (GMP), Security (safety Training) and operational excellence programs.Accompany and/or guide the less experienced electricians, assisting them in the conduction of services, being responsible for the completion of the service entrusted.Read and interpret PLC and CNC programs, electrical drawings and electronic schemes.Change and write programs related to CLP.Job Description - Performs miscellaneous manual labor activities (e.g., sweeping and cleaning floors and work areas, picking up papers and refuse from grounds, assisting in the handling of heavy materials, making minor repairs, mowing lawns, and shoveling snow)- Performs janitorial activities, such as cleaning, dusting, washing windows, moving and polishing furniture and equipment Qualifications
