ERM is looking for a motivated, hands-on Managing Consultant to join our consulting firm in São Paulo/SP.Requirements Degree in Environmental/Civil Engineer or Geology; Experience with management of contaminated sites, from investigation to remediation phase; Experience in mining; Experience in team management , providing line management, coaching, mentoring and skills development, and demonstrating inclusive behaviors; Knowledge in coordinating subcontractors; Experience in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations to meet and exceed client expectations; Availability to travel for long periods; Desirable knowledge of projects related to civil construction and demolition process ; Desirable knowledge of digital tools; Strong commitment to safety, including following established ERM Health and Safety protocols; Ability to succeed in a consulting pace, handling multiple project assignments, and maintaining flexibility, while meeting strict deadlines; Advanced English.
