Key Responsibility Areas Controls the administrative management requirements related to the units Service Delivery Budget implementation plan.Directs and controls outcomes associated with utilization, productivity and performance of personnel within the administration department.Management of all administrative requirements aligned to the governance control of the city and nationally in the areas of administrative support, asset management, financial control, SCM and data management.Implements procedures, systems and controls to regulate specific work sequence and general specific work sequence and general practices/ processes and/ submits recommendations on the review of administrative policies or procedures.Manages the administrative procedures associated with asset control applications.Control of operating and capital budgets and expenditure against approved budgets.Collaborating with treasury with regards to the consolidation and compilation of the unit's budget provisions.Discharges responsibility related to the function of "Unit Risk Management champion".Manages the administrative and compliance requirements in relation to the procurement of goods and services.Manages the coordinative processes required to organize support and manage the unit's information systems requirements and compilation and submission of reports on specific corporate administration and Human Resources processes.Manages the performance monitoring and evaluation administrative processes and Requirements.Disseminates functional information on current applications development, problems and constraints and, proposed interventions.Manages the administrative information consolidation and reporting requirements associated with the key performance and result indicators of the functionality.
