Logistics Operations Specialist

Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world, and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, and Portugal.

Now we are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist in Brazil who will be responsible for liaising with logistics service providers and customs clearance, assisting KAMs with declarations (NCM codes), and preparing transportation documents.

ResponsibilitiesConsulting Sales department on logistics and customs mattersAssistance with logistics and customs cost calculationsNCM codes classificationPreparation of documents for importing goods into Brazil from other countriesNegotiating contracts with carriers, forwarders, customs brokers and etc.

RequirementsOver 3 years of experience in logistics and/or customs brokers service companies on the same positionKnowledge of NCM codes classificationExperience with MS Office namely with Excel and MacrosGood communication skillsFluent English
