Have you ever imagined yourself in a place that values a winning culture?We invite you to evaluate our opportunity!We have a position for Brink's of Kronos/UKG Technical Analyst:Principal AccountabilitiesConfigure changes to the different modules of the timekeeping application based on the requirements and business policy, namely pay policies, accrual policies and attendance policies;Provide timely support to end users in branch locations as well as corporate support staff such as Payroll and HR, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction;Troubleshoot and resolve application errors and issues;Perform testing for system upgrades and enhancements;Maintain and troubleshoot Kronos InTouch and DX model devices in Kronos Device Manager;Understand data flow to/from other systems and work with other teams to help resolve data integration issues;Support of all Kronos modules implemented, including Advanced Scheduler and Timekeeper;Maintain documentation of system configuration and administrative changes;Assist in process improvement;Create dataviews/reports and hyperfind queries;Assist in audits/projects as needed.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree;Language: Proficient in English;Experience working with UKG software, preferably in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro (formerly called Dimensions);Experience with Kronos/UKG configuration of pay policies, schedules, reports, integration support, and other system configuration for the U.S. and Canada;In-depth knowledge and ability to analyze, develop and implement complex Kronos pay rules, security, advanced scheduler, workforce attendance, and calculated accrual configurations using best practices;Experience working with configuration standards and following established company processes (i.e. product migration processes);Understanding of technical and functional aspects of timekeeping systems;Ability to work hours based upon business needs and projects.Work LocationRemote Who are we?Brink's Group (NYSE:BCO) is a global leader in cash and value management, digital retail solutions and ATM management services.
