Yourroleaccountabilities Courier and Freight Coordination: Facilitate the seamless operation of motorcycle courier and State Freight Services.Transport Reporting: Generate and compile monthly transport reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of transportation activities.Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of area events to enhance team collaboration and engagement.Stock Control and Organization: Contribute to efficient stock management and maintain an organized office environment.Emergency Purchases: Handle emergency office purchases promptly to ensure uninterrupted workflow.System Registration: Manage the registration of users and visitors in the system for security and access control.Parking Control: Oversee local parking control to ensure compliance with office policies.Order Placement in SAP: Place annual and monthly orders in Warner Bros.
