Ivi Embedded Software Engineer – Cameras (Recife)

We are seeking technology game changers to lead the digital transformation to this new world of automotive technology with a focus on the customer experience. As a member of the SWX Basic Software Organization at Stellantis, the candidate will be responsible for the development & integration of the embedded software running on the target platforms for In-vehicle Infotainment, instrument clusters, etc. The primary duties will include the development and integration of camera and display drivers and Hardware Abstraction Layer. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of modern Infotainment and Telematics systems and embedded software development experience on Automotive Systems. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Engineering field; Solid experience working in Infotainment Base Software development and integration; Working experience developing and integrating camera drivers and Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL); Experience with LVDS and GMSL interfaces and developing Hardware Abstraction Layers associated services; Embedded software development experience using C and/or C++; Good to have experience in developing software for camera calibration. Preferred Qualifications: Master of Science degree from an ABET accredited university; Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development process; Familiarity of Automotive Product Development Process like ASPICE, V-model; Team player, self-motivated and drive for results; Good communication skills and the ability to interface with requirement engineers, vehicle integration and validation engineering organizations.
