Inside Sales Intern

**Responsibilities**:The Intern mission will be supporting the Channel Account Management team, especially with operational activities.The Channel Sales Intern will report to the Channel Manager and work hand in hand with Channel Account Managers.Some activities related with the position will be:- Contact partners and inactive partners;- Analyze new partner's requests;- Assist new partners during the onboarding process;- Help partners with frequently asked questions;- Support the sales team in follow up on open quotations and leads to drive the sales process to a win;- Develop, design, and monitor operational sales tools, guides, presentations and programs;- Lead process improvement programs;- Perform pipeline reviews with partners and establish best practices and methodologies for forecast accuracy;- Participate in sales meetings to document next steps and assist the team with follow-up; Other duties as assigned.**Required Skills**:- Administrative experience- Intermediate English- Good written and verbal communication skills- Optimistic and resilient in adverse situations- Takes ownership and solves problems using simple and agile solutions- Analytical, detail oriented, with superior problem-solving skills- Must be master with spreadsheets and reports- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Experience with Sales Force**Education**:Bachelor's degree in progress. Technology, Administration or Marketing and related courses preferred.
