**Pays**Brésil**Lieu de travail**SAO PAULO-VILA OLIMPIA(BRA)**Domaine**Commerce**Lieu**Brazil**Expérience**Minimum 6 ansTECHNICAL SKILLSMechanical /Chemistry Engineering / Business administration higher degree;Microsoft Office knowledge: (Word - Excel - Outlook); -Managerial knowledge;Advanced English / French is desirable.BEHAVIORAL AND SOFT SKILLS:Communications verbal and write;Organization and planning;Negotiational Skills;Results oriented;Team work.**Activités**- To manage business evolution and development and partnership through accompanying KPI's (volume and GMVC, Sell In, Sell Out, product, stock and salles forecast ), Direct Sales and DMS INDUS;- Managing and monitoring of the Direct Sales and DMS INDUSTRY team through KPI's (prospecting report, visit report, sales report) and field visits to develop costumers and value sales;- To support and manager commercial and technical training: to perform/to provide commercial and technical training for Direct Sales and DMS INDUSTRY and the best customer for partnership, deliver all necessary information, commercial or technical, (PDS / FISPQ / FE / NSF, CA etc.);- To manage, create and implement price list and strategy for business development and target better commercial conditions for greater and better coverage of the sales area and industrial segments;- Directing use SALSA (Sales Force tool) for all activities involved in your sales work (planning visits, field visits, schedule, business review, etc.);- To be aligned with the KPIs of the year of the Specialties Director's sales strategy;- To manage Technical Sales Consultant team by region and strategic industrial segments;- To develop direct sales B2B customers and KA;- To manage and use CRM Sales Force to manage team activities;- To manage prospection and schedule of customer visits, direct sales and DMS INDUS;- To realize sales Business Review with Specialties Director and sales team;- To develop big customers KA with potential of >10kl/month;- To realize and develop RFQ and BID's with KAM;- To create sales budget and forecast and S&OP with blending plant;- Monitoring and to do FUP with sales team;- Creating and managing sales reports (volume/margin);- To be in charge of relationship with TOTAL affiliates in AME zone;- To be in charge of relationship with market and product managers in TOTAL Paris.**Contexte et environnement**Located in São Paulo stateTo follow-up monthly field visits in partnership with l DMS INDUSTRY and Technical Sales Consultant team (direct sales);To be in contact with Total AME headquarters for information about strategy industrial segments;Direct Involvement with Technical Department / CCP / Financial / Taxes / Marketing / Transport /Pricing &BI departments;To participate in events such as fairs, exhibitions, workshops, in the strategic segments of the local market;Develop TCO - TOTAL COST OPERATIONS - with our the best DMS INDUSTRY and Direct Sales.
