About Bequant: Bequant is a Spanish startup created by the founders of Netspira Networks, a pioneer in the area of deep packet inspection for mobile broadband. Netspira was successfully acquired by Ericsson in 2005, where Netspira's technology provided the DPI functionality of Ericsson's core mobile networking products. At Bequant, after 5 years of R&D work, we have developed and patented a next-generation TCP stack and a Transparent TCP Proxy, which is the basis of our BQN product. The BQN product is a network node that we sell to fixed and mobile network operators and enterprise customers, which can significantly accelerate TCP traffic, as well as enable more sophisticated bandwidth management and network visibility. After securing our first round of funding, with a €1 million investment from Inveready, a leading Spanish VC, we have become one of the most successful network optimization companies globally, with over 500 clients using our product. Requirements and qualifications: Practical understanding of the world of networks and ISPs, either through courses and training or previous experiences. Main functions: Qualify leads received through digital campaigns and/or partner recommendations. Provide the initial explanation about Bequant and its product, providing an overview of the main functions and benefits. Use different communication channels to make these contacts, such as email, WhatsApp and phone calls (we provide specialized software). Request the necessary information from interested parties and plan the implementation of our products on their networks. Prepare interested leads to demonstrate our product, present commercial proposals and close contracts. Accompany follow-up meetings on product testing with potential clients. Manage all these stages of the commercial process, using CRM (Hubspot) to record actions. Provide constant feedback to the marketing department to optimize lead generation campaigns. Main skills and competencies: Good oral and written communication; Minimum of 5 years of B2B business experience (preferably selling software or network/ISP products); Desirable experience in the networking sector or in IT providers for companies; Power of persuasion; Organization; Native or bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written); Native or very advanced in English (spoken and written); Another language desirable (Portuguese or Italian) Our proposal: Full-time work. Self-employed contract; Competitive fixed salary + variable remuneration depending on the obtained results; Home office; 24 working days of vacation per year.
