Job Responsibilities: Build relationships with management and staff; develop a strong understanding of their global business, their goals, and challenges; anticipate, assess, and help to address systemic issues. Participate in various HR projects on HR policy, Process Optimization, Graduate Trainee Recruitment, etc. Maintain compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations. Maintains paper and electronic employment profiles and other confidential documents. Maintains high standards of confidentiality. Organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of HR operations. Manage office supplies to support a safe and effective working environment Other special projects and clerical duties assigned by HR and admin management. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related qualification. 2+ years of Administration and HR experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines as required. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
