Location: Brazil - Fully remoteSalary: Competitive | Ref: 34894 A world leader in sports betting and gaming entertainment is looking to hire a Head of UX to lead the design and delivery of effective and user-friendly product interfaces for their regional product in Brazil. This is a fully remote role. We are looking for a talented Head of UX who excels at working in a fast-paced commercial environment and has the highest standards of integrity. The successful candidate must have experience in UX leadership roles. Key Responsibilities : This is an exciting role within a rapidly expanding team with a broad range of responsibilities, including: •Lead the design and delivery of effective and user-friendly product interfaces across the (a) onboarding, (b) repeat user and (c) payments customer journey. •Conduct UX audits and oversee the user testing process, using insights gained to improve product UX. •Monitor and analyse UX metrics (e.g. conversion rates using Google Analytics), adjusting strategies as necessary to improve onboarding conversion, user satisfaction and engagement. •Work closely with the central Tech team to implement UX designs effectively and optimise site speed. •Define and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across our product. •Manage the lobby management team and curate offers & featured betting markets/games on the app home page to ensure highest conversion from app launch to bet placement. •Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to all user facing aspects. •Create mechanisms to limit fraud (e.g. bonus abuse) during onboarding.
