You will lead a team of talented finance professionals and ensure all financial processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in partnering with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive profitability and growth.Key Responsibilities:Financial Leadership & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.Partner with the CEO and CFO to develop and implement long-term financial strategies.Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for the entire organization.Financial Operations & Controls: Manage all aspects of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and payroll.Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets.Ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Oversee month-end closing procedures and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Team Management & Development: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.Develop and implement performance management plans for the finance team.Strategic Planning & Analysis: Partner with business leaders to analyze market trends and develop financial projections.Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support strategic decision-making.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize working capital management.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Assist the CFO with M&A activities, including valuation and integration.Who We Are Looking For:A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA, CA, or ACCA a plus).5+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.Strong understanding of IFRS and international accounting principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP software (e.g., MS Office Suite).What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Be part of a growing and successful company.Make a real impact on the company's financial performance and strategic direction.Ready to Join Our Team?We are looking for a talented and passionate Group Financial Manager to join our team.
