What you will do Work on global IT implementation projects on Security related applications and also provide basic support. This role requires someone with initiative who is eager to learn and with good communication skills and good technical background. Abot you Skills and Qualifications • SQL (knowledge of writing statements is preferred), General IT skill sets.• Ability and eagerness to learn Business processes and associated technologies • Requirements Gathering – Participate in design and requirements discussions with architects and business stakeholders to understand and document work item details.• Stewardship – Stewardship of application tickets/issues, including when working with 3rd party vendors. Participation in governance, checkpoint, and status calls to represent, monitor, and progress work items.• Collaboration – Collaborate with other teams (internal and external) to understand E2E processes, report issues, request enhancements, etc. This should be a continuous process until an issue is considered fully resolved/completed.• Planning & Coordination – Plan and coordinate application changes, testing activities, or upgrades. This can range from an individual ticket/change to an entire application upgrade. Includes management of change/communications with IT and business stakeholders. • Excel (macro skills); data reporting • Powershell scripting, (nice to have) • Cloud knowledge, (nice to have)• Genetec Certified (nice to have; preferred) *On call rotation, may need to be picked up by analyst IT degree in any area.
